We are building three open source projects under Apache 2.0: TrustPass (portable worker identity), WageIQ (compensation intelligence), and TradeChain (the integrated local services platform).

We need engineers (Python/FastAPI backend, Next.js frontend, React Native mobile), designers, and data scientists.

This is volunteer work to start. As the commercial layer matures, contributors receive equity participation in the spinout entities. The foundation's IP policy protects contributors. Your work stays open and cannot be captured by any corporate member.

TradeChain launches city by city. The first launch is Collin County, TX. The next cities are being selected now.

A City Launcher is not a tech role. It is a community role. You recruit tradespeople, help them create TrustPass profiles, get QR codes on their trucks, and build the local customer base through Nextdoor, hardware store partnerships, and word of mouth.

Part-time. 10–15 hours per week at launch. Stipend when the city generates subscription revenue. Equity in the TradeChain commercial entity.

Not everyone needs to write code or launch a city. Some of the most important work is sharing the mission with people who should hear it.
